Shipping Policy

Vsogoods offers premium delivery to customers living all over the world. We strive to guarantee that our products arrive at you in a safe and timely manner.

The shipping fees may vary from different locations we ship to. For shipping to some areas, we will contact you via the email about the shipping fees.

How long does the delivery take?

It usually takes 1-3 business days for Vsogoods to prepare your products after your place the order. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation including the tracking number(s) for your order. You can follow the shipping progress with the tracking number(s) provided.

For standard shipping, it usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive at USA and 10-15 business days to arrive Europe. After your package is shipped. We also offer an expedited shipping service, which takes 3-7 business days to deliver. 

Noted : Once the local customs need to check the products, the deliver days must delay 5-10 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the consumption amount. Vsogoods offers free postal shipping for orders over US$109. There may be a free shipping service for certain products during a special deal.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time? 

We do our best to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. But in some cases, an order may be split into different packages. It depends on the items you purchase. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the shipping address of my package after it has been shipped out? 

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route

I received a product that is different from what I ordered.

What happens to unclaimed packages?

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
