Vsogoods strives to offer our considerate customer service and solve your problem in a fast and professional manner. If the product does not meet your expectations, we have several solutions for you. Before your item is shipped, you are able to change your order, or cancel it. After your product is delivered, you can to return your products within 30 days from receiving it. If there is a problem with your product after the 30 days have passed, you can always contact our customer service for technical support.

Changes & Cancellation

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer service at cs@vsogoods.com as soon as possible after the order has been placed. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. Your order cannot be cancelled if the product is already shipped out. While we will do our best to make the amendment in time, we can't guarantee that the changes or cancellation can be made before the order has been shipped.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

1. Returns must include all accessories.
2. Items must include original packaging.
3. For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs, while we refund the cost of the product itself.
4. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.

How to return an item?

1. Please reach out to our customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm your buyer account and the order number.
2. Our customer support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to us with the following information after you return the product:
  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number

4. Once your return is received and inspected, our customer support will send you a notification of receipt, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once your refund are approved after the item arrives at Vsogoods’ warehouse and your return is inspected. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

It often takes about 3-5 business days to get the refund. For late or missing refunds issues, please first check if the bank account of your initial order is still available, or contact the bank. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at cs@vsogoods.com.
